The Vmoto APD Concept bike shown at Eicma Milan in 2023 has won a top design award. Vmoto worked with leading Italian design firm Pininfarina to produce the APD (Air Performance Design) machine with the aim of combining aerodynamic performance with good looks and outstanding performance in the battery-powered sector.
Their work was recognised at the 74th Good Design Award 2024 event, with the concept winning a prize for its cutting-edge design. The awards are handed out by a jury organised by the Chicago Athenaeum of Architecture in collaboration with the European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, making them a fairly high-end affair.
