Domino’s London pizza franchise goes green with the UK’s first fleet of electric VS2 CITI bikes

A Domino’s Pizza franchise has recently received the first V2 CITI bikes in the UK. These electric motorcycles from Vmoto will allow the franchise to deliver pizzas in a cost-effective way in the capital, with minimal down time due to servicing and maintenance compared with petrol-equivalent machines.

With two batteries and fast charging available, Vmoto’s VS2 CITI is a perfect lightweight, zero emission, electric fleet delivery vehicle for all types of businesses.

The VS2 CITI bikes are an excellent choice for professional delivery use with the dual-battery setup offering a range of up to 127km in the L1 version and 107km in the L3 version.

Charging times vary based on the charger: 3.5 hours with the standard 74V10A charger, 1.5 hours with the optional fast 74V20A charger, and just 30 minutes (0%–80%) with the 6.6 kW Super Fast Charger. The batteries also are equipped with a CAN BUS communication system for intelligent monitoring and enhanced safety.

Gareth Hughes, General Manager Vmoto UK
“This is the UK’s first VS2 CITI fleet order and it’s great to see the bikes out on London roads, especially as this is a new model for Vmoto UK. This particular electric model from Vmoto has been very popular throughout the rest of Europe and I expect it’ll be a similar story in many UK towns and cities.

As always, the Vmoto bikes look fantastic in the Domino’s livery. I’m sure many other companies will follow, updating polluting ICE fleets to more cost-effective and greener electric vehicles in 2026.”
