Vmoto and VoltX Accelerate the Evolution of Electric Delivery Mobility in Bolivia with PedidosYa

Vmoto has announced the deployment of its electric vehicles and EMS fast-charging technology within the new “Electric Rider Program” launched in Bolivia by VoltX, Vmoto’s strategic partner for Bolivia, in collaboration with PedidosYa, the region’s leading delivery platform.

The initiative introduces an innovative, fully electric and efficiency-driven mobility model designed to enhance professional last-mile logistics while supporting more sustainable and accessible urban transportation.

A next-generation, all-inclusive solution for delivery riders:
Launched in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, the program provides riders operating on the PedidosYa platform with an all-inclusive weekly plan that covers:
A Vmoto CITI electric motorcycle
Access to the VoltX ultra-fast charging network
Preventive maintenance and technical servicing
Taxes, registration and full insurance.

The model removes operational and financial barriers traditionally associated with vehicle ownership, enabling riders to focus entirely on productivity and income generation.

To ensure seamless daily operations, VoltX has deployed 22 Vmoto EMS ultra-fast charging stations, positioned approximately every two kilometres across Santa Cruz.

This dense, reliable charging ecosystem delivers:

• Reduced downtime
• Constant availability
• Faster delivery turnaround
• A measurable increase in rider productivity

Riders enrolled in the program have reported an average 25% increase in net earnings, driven by the elimination of fuel costs, lower operating expenses and significantly improved charging uptime.

Environmental benefits aligned with global sustainability goals:
The transition from gasoline to electric motorcycles generates an immediate reduction in CO₂ emissions and noise pollution, contributing to cleaner, quieter and more sustainable urban environments. This initiative supports the broader environmental vision shared by Vmoto, its partner VoltX and Delivery Hero (PedidosYa), which aims to accelerate zero-emission mobility in major cities around the world.

Alejandro Ríos, Managing Partner, VoltX
“This project marks a turning point for electric mobility in last-mile logistics across Latin America. In Santa Cruz, we are proving that electric delivery is profitable, scalable and environmentally transformative. Our next step is to replicate this model in Lima- and expand city by city – connecting our cities to a cleaner, more efficient and more human future.”

Graziano Milone, President Strategy & Business Development, Global CMO, Vmoto
“This project, born from VoltX’s vision and supported by Vmoto’s scooter technology and our EMS ecosystem, demonstrates how strategic collaborations can accelerate the evolution of urban electric mobility. Together with our partners, we are shaping a model that elevates riders’ work, streamlines operations, and creates a tangible competitive advantage for every stakeholder involved. VoltX is setting a new benchmark for electric delivery efficiency, and we are proud to support this transformation with solutions that form the backbone of the system.

Vmoto’s international expansion grows stronger through partnerships like this: people-focused, operationally driven, and designed to deliver an evolved user experience. Every new market we reach strengthens our shared mission to promote cities that are quieter, cleaner and more environmentally responsible. This is the path we believe in: growing alongside visionary partners, creating concrete impact for end users and long-term value for the communities we serve.”
